Measurement Strategy

Develop a web/mobile or marketing measurement plan to ensure that all critical user and/or marketing metrics are tracked and recorded appropriately.

The measurement plan will come from the result of an initial interview with the Client (30 - 60 minutes) regarding their primary analytics & reporting needs from the site(s.) We will provide a series of questions to walk through with the Client to better understand these needs.

Translate the web/mobile measurement plan into a solution design document which will enable relevant and accurate reports and insights via the analytics platform of your choice.

Reporting & Dashboard Development

Build a living & breathing “Web/Mobile Metrics” or “Marketing Funnel” dashboard (aka collection of custom reports) which is powered by your own data stack and the reporting tool of your choice. Primary tools of expertise include: Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Tableau, or simply MS Excel/Google Sheets. The scope of the dashboard will be tied to the requirements set forth in the dashboard design document.
